Topics of today was a little quirky. I guess that men do not have too much interest at this matter, but women have a lot interest. But, I would like to try the training of "Smile-work" introducing in the blog of Japanese version because interesting, although there is a feeling that was a little too late for me.
By the way, it is my todays topics. I walked 18 km to the mountain village of Kamiichi at regular meeting of the walking club. During this walking、I have witnessed four Japanese serow at four times and took photos of them. They had appearing close to the mountain village.
It's not too late for you but you regularly have walk meeting so you might not have to extra exercises because your walking includes whole muscle exercise as well as face. You've seen wild Japanese serow ...I might have heard of a bush warbler's voice.
I remembered that I've been advised by a teacher at the time of chorus. We put up cheeks, and let's sing with a smile. By the way, I went to the Oshima picture book hall of Imizu-shi today. We worked as the volunteer of the song "I and a small-bird and a bell" of the Misuzu Kaneko composition. Did the bush warbler good singing? I want to always strengthen muscles of the mouth circumference.
