  1. In my home, my wife are making effective use of leaves of radish to discard mostly usually.
    It will be very tasty side dish by chopped radish leaves finely fry with silas and pepper. It is also tasty for liquor.

  2. It is wonderful that we use whatever we can use.
    I sometimes cook "kinpira" with a rind of a vegetable.It tastes crispy and good.
    I cook miso soup with a head and bone of a fish"hukuragi".I make "misozuke" when I leave a meat of a fish.

    I'm sorry I wrote comments in hatena blog where is different from this Blogger site.
    I sometimes don't know well where I post comments , because I 'm a computer illiteracy
