Histamine food poisoning

It's a serious season for food allergy caused by histamine.
It's said "To provide a method for producing fermented seasoning using fish and shellfish comprising utilizing the whole or part of a fish body or a shellfish body as raw material, and reducing the content of histamine as a food poisoning causative agent."
Be careful to eat frozen fish if you have allergy.

    My husband has allergy.

    Histamine is dangerous.
    Several years ago, I ate the tenpura of sardines.
    It was preserved for one month in my fridge. But I thought that the fridge was OK.
    Then I asked my wife for the tenpura of sardines.
    I took a bite of the tenpura of sardines.
    I became to suffer from food poisoning quickly.
    I felt sick to my stomach.
    What happened?
    Then I lay on the bed for two days.
    In my life, I have never experienced it.
    The criminal was histamine, right?

    1. According to the article histamine is not the allergen but it increases a lot when it comes to comfortable temperature in the dead meat. So we need to be careful when we eat preserved seafood especially.

  3. Histamine has both a utility and harm, doesn't it?
    I eat mackerel and tuna and yellowtail well in our home.
    Because we eat often these frozen products, we should be careful that food poisoning don't caused by histamine.

    By the way, today is "White Day", isn't it?
    I gave a trivial return gift to my wife and daughter in-law.

  4. It is trouble that histamine is not broken down even if I heat.
    It is sad that we who live in Toyama eat a frozen fish, isn't it?
    I use frozen at home that sardines, Aoriika, Shiroebi.
    But, TV program said that can't keep a long time which the food of froze at home

    By the way,
    I take off the glasses when I look at the near.
    Recently, I forget where I put the glasses that I took off.
    Therefore I put on a chain on the glasses.
