Do you care about food in ever day life?
We're made up of food and supported life by the essence of nutritions. But we know something about chemical and unhealthy products are put into foods to prevent mold or going bad.
You see we're facing for the healthy risk of food.

  1. I also like chips, fried potato and donuts, but don't eat so frequently. So, I think there are few health problems.
    By the way, I examined "bagel" on the net because I knew it's name for the first time in this article.
    According to it, "bagel" was as being introduced a healthy and body-friendly bread because it is low cholesterol, low oil, low calorie, low fat.
    Besides, it is said because this is good for "haramochi", it helps to reduce snacking.
    I wonder which is the correct rating of "bagel"?

    By the way, yesterday I edited and created the DVD of the presentation of "Freddie the leaf" in last Friday. This DVD is reproduced the great presentation with funnyly and pleasantly.
    Because the recording time is about 45 minutes, it can't be broadcasted in the class, but I am going to distribute one DVD for each group in the next class.

  2. I don't like so much oil ingredients.
    I often make tempura, but I use rice oil just like Anne.
    My husband and friends say that I am dry skin because I have little oil intake.
    I don't eat meat dishes. But I eat a pork for my health, but a little.
    Although I make meat dish for my husband. . . .(T_T)
    My husband often cooks for himself.(^O^)

    But there foods are very delicious.
    Kanazawa castle tour was good but I was very tired.
