I fortunately have never felt a disastrous sadness like lost relatives in the incident such as this except the death of the parents. Death of my parents who were more than 90 years old was a natural progression､but I think the sadness of peoples who have lost suddenly their relatives and friends and employees in the current incident is immeasurable. I will express sincere condolences to peoples who died in this incident､ and pray for their.
In addition, I can not convinced that women who can not work for two months with a broken right arm are afraid by the worry of dismissal. I think such a case, in traditional Japan､ there is a long term system of leave and social insurance schemes to protect her. However, it is also true that there is a non-regular peoples who can not benefit from such a backup system. I hope all citizens can spend a happy life, which is guaranteed by the Japanese Constitution.
