We knew that lack of sleep is not good for health from before. But, I am suprised that there may be potential to increase the risk of dementia. Though the sleep time is recommended eight hours in general, my sleep time is 5 to 6 hours usually. Although I am maybe deep sleep while sleeping, is my sleep time a lack of sleep?
