Premium voucher expiration

I heard that premium voucher which issued from the local government in Toyama prefecture has not been used 60% though the expiration is coming soon.
I have not bought it nor didn't know it. It seems very profitable but it was being forgotten and left, it would turn lost at all.
Please be careful for the expiration.

    I bought three copies, premium voucher of Toyama city. But I didn't buy it of Toyama prefecture. Because my premium voucher was used by my wife and my two daughters.
    But I think that premium voucher is an effective way to raise economy.
    However, it is important not to limit the use of purchase about for one year.

      Oh...that's tight! If you were a governor of Toyama you should plan time limitless voucher next time.

    My home took advantage of the various premium voucher of the last year .
    First, Toyama City premium voucher to 10 books (my wife and son's wife), and then Toyama Prefecture premium voucher was purchased. Especially, in Toyama Prefecture premium voucher, my home bought four books "for many child households" and five books "for general".
    In my home, we use the majority of these premium voucher in shopping of supermarket at every day, and it was already used all until expiration date.

      Wow your family had a large amount of shopper! It helps economic development in Toyama.
      It's so wise and consume by using profitable voucher.

    If I will become the Governor of Toyama Prefecture, I'd like to lengthen period to buy. It's short for us to buy goods. I think that's why it has not been used 60%.

    I am surprised that Toyama Prefecture premium voucher has not been used 60% though the expiration is coming soon.
    Purpose to purchase a premium voucher is to get the value of ¥ 12, 000 in ¥ 10, 000((or ¥ 12, 000 in ¥ 8, 000), not itself to purchase.
    If to purchase, it need to have a aim that can be consumed until expiration date such as cases of my home.

    Though I applied the premium voucher issued from Toyama prefecture, I was not able to buy it.
    I am sorry that 60% of people do not use it.

    I send "のどぐろ" and "Himiぶり" to a son today.
    Because they were not in the New year holiday, he could not also eat it and could not even souvenir.
    I wanted to use the premium voucher to buy these.
