According to the article, in the senior life you need an exercise regularly but not too hard. It's new research of the healthy science. It's worth for taking a read. Is it healthy or not?
It's correct answer, I think. I have heard this story on TV. I have aimed for 10,000 steps, before. But I could not continue it. I'm walking about 5,000 steps a day.
I think it depends on each person. As for me I make it a rule to walk 10,000 steps on weekends. It's really fit to me but not definitely but occasionally if possible.
My classmate said that was have pedometer the all-day . And, she said the walk 5000 steps by housework. But before, TV program had said that housework not to be the exercise.
Today, classmates topics was very interesting to me. By the way, I did not get the lyrics of Carpenters. Kimchi said to me. Teacher was said that it's OK if can't hear the lyrics the first year. But, I will be in the fourth year. . . . .
You don't have to worry about not getting to hear the song well, just better enjoy it! No need to complain but increase your power of trying day by day!
I think there are pros and cons with respect to article that has been attached to the blog today. In my cases, after retirement I continued walking of 15, 000 steps/day of every month for seven years by every morning walking of more than one hour and the regular meeting participation of the walking club at every weekends. As a result, I achieved maintenance or improvement of the physical fitness and got the healthy body which was unrelated to a cold etc. In addition, I hurt a knee in last December and was surgery, but the causes did not walking too much, and this was because I lifted a very heavy thing. I hold off it and burnt some walking after surgery for half a year, but am returning to a former state now. I intend to continue moderate walking in future.
I'm glad if you are welcoming to be in moderate exercise in your life to keep a good health. I'm sure you're being healthy is fortune for those who are getting along with you.
