Lack of sleep affects...

It's a new study that Alzheimer's disease is caused by "Lack of sleep".
So we care about every night sleep not only quality but also the length of time. The ideal hours of sleep might be from 5 to 8 hours, depends on a person. I usually sleep for 6 to 7 hours.
If you fall into sleepless you should go to " sleep mental clinic " before going bad.

    When I was young, I was sleeping for 6 hours.
    But now I'm sleeping about 8 hours.
    Alzheimer's disease is very dangerous, I think.

    1. Oh...really? When I was young I slept more than 8hours or more...as getting old I got to sleep less and less.

    I sleep for a long time usual.
    Recently, I'm listening "basic English" in the morning.
    So my sleeping time has become shorter.
    I get to sleep as soon as I enter the futon, so it is said that envy from my friend.
    It don't need to me a sleep inducer.(LOL)
