My favorite ramen is an old type brown soup based on soy sauce. It's very rare to eat such a traditional taste recently. My friend also likes it because of its transparent clear soup. I really agree to its point!
I also like ramen with soy sauce taste very much. But recently, we can not almost see the Japanese traditional ramen(chuka-soba) such as blog's photo.
By the way, dinner at my home last night was "pot noodles". It was boiled well chinese cabbage, radish, green onion, burdock, carrot, pork with ramen by oyster sauce and soy sauce and we ate "pot noodles" very delicious.
In toyama,there are many ramen shops which cook "black ramen".Its soup is fat and thick. When I was young, I liked it. But now, it's heavy. I eat ramen with transparent clear soup from choice.
