We have a lot of problems to live in a life. Some people might like to challenge and overcome difficulties and survive but the others might get sick and learn from the problems after the struggles. Anyway we are both having joy and pain as long as we live.

Although to should regret to me who has retired already, I think the article attached to today's blog is very useful advice to the young people going to society in the future.

My breakfast is only coffee, lunch is usually and supper is good foods.
I learned I must change meal's habit.
