I was given lots of persimmon from a friend in the garden. They are almost matured enough to be eaten quickly. I chose some of them and made into persimmon jam.
It's useful for topping into yogurt or tea. I can taste special autumn taste and introduce it first.
Is the persimmon ripe already? It is pretty an early, isn't it?

By the way, the dessert of the breakfast now in my home is a pear, but turns into a persimmon soon because we can harvest a large quantity of persimmons at the parents' house of my wife from the end of September to the beginning of November.
And then, the dessert will change to an apple until next spring because performing my home annual apple picking in November.
It's so economical and ecological to use the natural products given to us. I'd like to remake the ume which leaves in the liquor "umeshu". It's wasteful to throw away every year. So I'd like to check the recipes on cookpad which would be suitable.
削除Jam would be too much sugar and no need anymore, instead it would be nice for tsukudani or ume dressing.

How to make jam is very easy. Any fruits can be cooked to jam when it comes to ripe well. You can boil ripe fruits with a little water and boil until the water disappear in a weak heat.
削除For more than 10-20 (it depends of the amount of the fruits) after it cooked you can put sugar and lemon. Then cinnamon can make it flavor very much.
Homemade jam is less than sugar and chemical so it's very healthy.
I love persimmons. Therefore every year, I can't wait that to sold the persimmons.

You're welcome. But you know fresh fruits should be eaten itself not to cook, jam is made by a bit old ones.
