Radish, season vegetable

It's very seasonable and sweet as well as good cost performance. The daikon radish has great deal of recipes on the table.
I use it for salad, oden, namasu, in the miso soup, ankake, grated daikon and so on.
There are many different kinds of recipes in here.
Which do you like to eat?
I'd like to try something new,fried daikon or sour daikon etc.

  1. A Japanese radish is very useful vegetables.
    Although I'm not good at cooking, can cook the radish deliciously.
    and, I boil the leaf of the Japanese radish and refrigerate it.
    My mother brought up a Japanese radish until last year, but doesn't cultivate it now.
    Therefore it's now running low, because I give a Japanese radish of my home to my mother.
    My husband says that to cultivate a lot of radish from the next time.

  2. Because the home of my wife's parents have produced a large number of radish and my home get many radish from there, we eat radish well.
    Radish recipes in my home is "Tukemono", "Oden", "Oroshi" etc.
    In addition, in a winter season, the recipe to boil a slice radish and to eat by miso with grated ginger is very delicious.
    We eat radish without processing too much in my home.

    1. So radish is super able vegetable you can eat salad, pickles and cooked. Any cooking can be okay!
      I'd like to cut into stick and soak in the sweet vinegar with red pepper.
