In addition, the difference between longevity and health age is a more bigger problem. I think that the article introduced this time has made a very meaningful suggestion for such a problem. Especially, although I cann't imitate Ms. Nagaoka of swimming and Mr. Miyazaki of running who achieved world new record at the age of 100, I would like to gain a healthy life span as much as possible by learning their way of life. I also belive that "never too late".
It's so nice to know that there're active and well aging people who has been good intention and moderate life habits. Of course we have different situations in each life. The point is to live happily whether long or short.
Never too late is good. It's impossible to get it for me. Because I don't have 4 things. I have one or two. I'd like to spend healthy life, so I want to continue to training brain and body for the coming ten years. It's important to eat fish and meat. But we should always eat vegetables. These must safe for our body.
Every day we eat to live. Every night we sleep to live. We are given life to make something value....but it's done no need to live. I must be careful if being useless in the rest of my life.
I may not be able to improve my diet. But I want to keep curiosity. I don't know the length of my life, but I hope "Pinpin Korori". I don't think about difficult things.
