It is many number of dishes、 and really rustic and country style lunch with both of food and vessel. Especially、it is very good that rice is red rice. I like red rice, but refrain from this lunch because edible wild plants are weak points for me.
By the way、I guess that you drove comfortably because yesterday was good weather. Where did you go to along Himekawa? You will be able to watch splendid ”Ushirotateyamarenpo” covered with remained snow if you go to "Hakuba". I go back along Himekawa riverside sometimes、too and go to Hakuba and Azumino area for walking.
Thank you letting me know the name of the mountains ' ushirotateyama range' That's what I wanted to know. I went to near Hakuba and watched the mountains covered with snow. I want to trek in summer.
In summer、I will recommend trek-course going to "Happoike"(an altitude of 2060m above sea level) riding gondola and lift from Hakuba In this path、many alpine plants is colorful bloom and you can always watch large panorama of ”Ushirotateyamarenpo”.
The feeling that I watched is colorful, and seems to be delicious. I like the steamed rice with red beans, too. It was a village Festival on last Thursday, I made that. Will I make red rice again! It takes trouble a little・・・
I remember the festival once a year my grandmother invited us to the dinner and we gathered together at the party when I was small. But nowadays no relative party anymore at the festival.
