  1. I heard name called "Yolk vinegar" for the first time because I have never done any cooking.
    I had a notion that vinegar fit to Japanese food, but the combination of vinegar and yolk or pork is unique to me.
    Although "yolk vinegar" has not been used in my home, but dish using "vinegared miso" come out well in my home, and I like it because it is an unrivaled article.

    1. I also tasted it for the first time but it didn't new because egg yolk and vinegar are good match like mayonnaise or taltal sauce.
      Food are dressed and coordinated well by good sauce. I adore such creative cook challenge to produce new taste.
