The show in the west sky

It was really cold this morning though the Sun shine and bright beautifully in the blue sky. It was because of cooling out of heat from the earth, no cloud no barrier to keep warmth in the air last night.
I found the moon of early crescent and two big bright stars beneath the moon in the west dark sky.
I wondered what they were at around 7:30pm last night.
Fortunately I found out the site which someone saw the same sky and took the good photo.
I'm very happy to remind of it and share with you all here.

Where is spring?

I was very excited to see the first day of spring, today.... but it's incredible much snow falling in the morning!
Not like yesterday white world covers in my eyes, feel like going back to winter again.
We are all disgusting with snow and coldness.....but I know spring is near here around just being postponed by something annoyance.
Let me think positive and not to take it badly. I'm confident with my lovely friend Nature. He behaves how he needs. I will never hate natural things.

A blessed day

It was very very beautiful day between winter cold days.
No yesterday and no tomorrow we won't have such a lovely day as today.
I was mad going to the good position to watch the mountains and took photos.
Some other people also stayed there to view the beauty like me.
I really felt like happy to see those incredible panorama of the mountains.

Art of the view today

I noticed the top of the Mountains appeared for a moment when I was driving. I chased at the view changing every moment.
It was like an art in the sky which attracted me.

Good Sunshine

Every body meets the sun.
Every body has morning brightness.
I forgot the feeling how I was in this season last year and ever the past years.
I'm living for now and the future.
Life time will end but nobody knows.
I'm very confident with the truth that the Sun is equal to everyone.

Climate change

Climate change is shrinking many plant and animal species and is likely to have a negative impact on human nutrition in the future, according to a new study.

Rising temperatures and growing variability in rainfall are affecting the size of all species in the ecosystem from microscopic sea organisms to land-based predators, say researchers.

But shrinking trends in the ecosystem are likely to impact heavily on humans, say the authors.

Daybreak

It's slowly getting late of day breaking time.
Though the daybreak was 6:01am this morning, according to the meteorological observatory,it was still dim dark outside at 6:30am.
I feel like the Sun is going far away from us but time to preserve energy and keep warm by ourselves.
Electric energy is so short that we need to make ourselves wise not to waste energy.
Hot drink or some tea with ginger cause you warm inside.
Stretching your body, legs, fingers and taking deep breath for a few minutes effect warm on your body. That will be effective for less heat energy.
Let's get the Sun in your heart.

Walking on the hill

About 30minutes' drive brought me to the foot of the mountain.
I took lunch and enjoyed small hiking in the woods.
Bright sunshine and fresh air made me great.
Rice ball and some side food were so delicious outdoor.
I met a giant silk worm preparing for the winter clothes. It was big enough about 15cm length to make a silk cocoorn.
I've seen the wild silk worm for the first time.
There are an abundant of surprise in the nature.

Tyhoon & Hurricane

Natural disaster typhoon in Asia and Hurricane in the north west Pacific Ocean are active on season.
Hurricane Irene changed to tropical storm and New York City is said to have escaped major damage but caused some death, cutting power to more than a million people, toppling trees and flooding some parts of the city and its suburbs.
I'm sorry for the people suffering from the disaster. Hoping to recover the damage as soon as possible.

We already knew that we can't resist natural disasters but can avoid the risk or damage at most.
We should never control nature or others as we are not rulers in the earth and in the whole world.

I always see many bugs and living things such as pill bugs, earthworms, ants and etc.when I work to plant or weed in the garden. I feel like life itself is equal as mine. I don't want to kill other life even a maylife which lives the shortest.
But I always slap mosqitos coz they bite me and annoying badly. Shameful (~_~;)

Back to my thought, it's based on Buddhism saying,
"Don't kill lives" seems to be origined from Animism.

Anyway, my life is sustained by many lives.....

Morning faces today

I saw a flock of tiny birds flying high and low in acrobatically high speed.
I convinced they were not sparrows from the stylish shape and the skillful flight.
When they stopped lined on the electric wire, I could recognize them swallows having forked tails. They are young swallows learning flight for the long journey soon.

I didn't know swallows should still stay in Japan after having left the nests under the roofs.

They seem to stay in Japan during summer and immigrate to the South from fall to winter.
They will come back to lay eggs
and raise babies.
I envy their life style. If I could fly I would move to the warm places.
I really love to see their growth next year.

molting

I've heard a voice of higurashi cicada in the cool morning after the rain a few days ago whose English name is evening cicada.
I wonder if it might miss summer as if it were cool at the end of summer.

Walking my dog yesterday morning and I found a white cicada staying on the wall.
I took pictures carefully before it goes flying. I take a close look at the picture later at home. I could see something brown shell under the feet of the cicada.
Now I can understand why it was still there while I approached and took shots.
You can also notice it just the moment of the cicada that finished molting.
Oh, I didn't know that white cicada was the evening cicada.
Now that I will be careful to hear its elegy in the evening.

A survivor from the ancient

I sometimes saw something quick rush with long tail when I worked in the garden. It always escaped immediately and disappear at once. But this time, I found it stay still on the wall and never went away even I approached to it taking photos. It was lucky for me to observe it for a moment. It's a lizard.
I just wanted such mysterious life would live long. I don't want to bother their lives to keep going on.
As they are great older life than ours, human beings is still new compared to them.
We should share the land peacefully. Don't you think so?

A new face in the morning

I see many faces in the morning.
Most of them are birds, crows, sparrows and doves and etc. I happen to see swallows flying high in my neighbor which I thought they had already gone with their new born babies. I'm not sure their journey was delayed or not. Just wishing their safety trip and come back again next season.

After when I finished walking and watered in the garden, I met a new face this season.
I wonder if he or she might be a new born baby or not. But it's mysterious there is no rice fields nor ponds where frogs seem to inhabit around near my house.
How come he appears in my garden?
It makes me imagine a lot about the life of the tiny green frog.
Wild life will never be known and it should be protected forever.
So it's my imagination that he might have enchanted and made a frog. Can I help him to be back a prince?

Where are you from?

Cicadas' singing

I could finally hear the voice of cicadas' along the river side, green leaves big trees were standing beautifully.

At around 4:00 pm in the afternoon I stopped my car and walked hearing the songs by them.
I wonder why the water in the river was muddy brown………it hasn't been rainy for a while.
I don't know what makes water impure.
Every creature wants clean water and air which are great gift from the nature.
We shouldn't pollute wonderful gift. Give them back to purify themselves.

Color in the sky

It's been cool in the morning and evening though the temperature being high during the day.
Still in the rainy season summer heat comes over between warm rain shower.

A day before yesterday evening, a friend of mine called me to watch at the sky in the west, she wanted to share the red shining sunset with me.
I was very impressed with the color and natural paint.
We were talking for a while seeing at the each natural art.
I thought nothing is more mysterious than natural beauty.
We have never had such feeling when we were young.
We can't deny we are old enough to admire nature and get healing from the nature.
Getting old and tired is not always bad thing but it sometimes teaches us to go back to be natural and thankful to others.

weather forcast this week

It has been stormy since last night. I was annoyed by the noise of strong wind hitting the windows and like the screaming voice produced outdoor. It made me awaken at midnight.

I remember that scary feeling when I was little on stormy night as well as thunder storm.
But I hate more strong storm than thundering because I felt uneasy if my house might have blown up by the storm. I didn't feel scary with a devil in thunder.

According to weather forcast, rainy season comes back and thick clouds will stay above the sky all over Japan for a week.
It will be wet, humid and high temperature.
we need to be careful for food going bad fast!
The only merit this week is no need to water in the garden.
Rain shower will grow plants well.

A swan, unable fly being found survived

There used to be the swans' nest during winter at the river side of Kuji city in Iwate prefecture before the big earthquake on March 11.
The swan had come to the area with its flock in 2005 but he was left alone after the flock had gone because having injured and lacked left wing. He couldn't fly anymore.
People living near the area started to take care of him, named 'Solo' and fed.
But the disaster damaged the area, 6 people were still missing and dead and 800 houses were destroyed.
And the disabled swan was missing. People were worried about Solo and searched around him but it was in vain.

On 17 in April, the swan was finally found at the sandbank in the river.
He seemed weak and thin at that time.
Now that he is their great hope of symbol to revive.
Solo makes people happy and encourages so much.

cats and dogs

It rains cats and dogs.

It seems cats were believed to cause much rain and while dogs did storm in ancient days.

Anyway I'm worried about heavy rain might damage baby flowers.
I find some part of flower garden are water pool and got muddy \(//∇//)\
I need to drain the water.
I've never had such a downpour recently.
According to the weather forecast ,rainy season will long more after weeks.
I can appreciate moderate shower of rain but no more so much.
