Autumn exercise

Do you care about your lower belly pooch?
When it's getting cold being lazy to move or act and wearing thick makes me heavy.

    But it's a difficult for me to do her exercise.
    It's important for me to do exercise.
    So I go to the gym twice a week.
    My wife goes to the gym with me once a month.
    She and I cannot get enough exercise.
    She and I have not mental power as John.

    1. I think you're doing well as much as possible! The point is to have a simple exercise every day. I try to deep breath and stretch 5 minutes a day.

    I, lying on the bed every morning, carry out light abdominal exercises to do 100 times by a little lift movement with aligning the both legs.
    We can easily prevent our lower belly pooch by this exercise even if the elderly.

    By the way, today is very cold, but I go out in the hot spring of the neighborhood in alumnus society of the company in 2 days and 1 night from the afternoon of today. I intend to rest slowly in a hot spring.

  3. Since July, my weight has become less than 40kg.
    I was increasing the amount and the number of food in order to increase the weight.
    And then, it became lower belly pooch has increased rather than weight.
    I have to do a lot of exercise than ever before.

    I've been distributing the photo of Sunday to mountains companion in the morning.
    Because today is strong wind, when I was running by car, the car was shaking to the right and left.
