It was hot but not clear covered with clouds yesterday. I went to the beach in the west but it was not so beautiful because of no sky blue. It's said the color of the sea looks beautiful reflected by the sky.
I walked in the old town Himi instead, and found a good place to have lunch.

I'm not good at gardening nor cleaning or organizing the garden, just remove or pick up tall weeds sometimes. So I don't regularly grow vegetables or flowers. But I like seeing flowers wildly grow in each season such as camellia, tulip, hydrangea, lily and blackberry.
This is my pleasure to see them appear in the season. I just take a look and care of watering or giving compost.
They're giving me happiness.

There're new trends of healthy food recently. Especially oil are very diverse.
I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Recently I try to use flax oil and grape seed oil, too. They say it's better to use those which is hard to be oxidized. Among them nuts include good oil. So I'm eating many kinds of nuts.

Recently I got nettle rash after eating "Shimesaba sushi" at the sushi bar but my friend didn't! I'll avoid sushi or raw fish for a while...because I might be weak for bacterias.

It's season of frogs singing in the rain.
They're born earlier in the rice field and grew up to young frogs, aren't they?
I saw a flock of tadpoles last year in the small rice field near by. Hopefully the sanctuary will long for them so long!
