Thank you for the good research and advice. I knew something special mask to protect serious occasion or medical ones but I want a regular popular one we can easy to get...but it will take more time. Instead of the mask I spray the glasses to prevent mist ...is there something ?

Yeah…I also hate to get bad effects. I don't less care of cloudy on my glasses than getting problems by the polluted air and UV.
