I couldn't go out in the day time and walked at night. But it was still hot not from the sky but from the ground, such as "heat island". We need more gentle walk road not by asphalts.
We have hot night every day. In my house, I use an air conditioner at living room. And then, we set timer of an air conditioner at living room of next to bedroom for 30 minutes before sleeping. So we can almost sleep until next morning. Maybe, we use a lot of electric power. But I think it is necessary for my married couple.
Last night, I was using the air conditioning in order to sleep for the first time this year. But today, the cool breeze come into the my house from the north . So, air conditioning would not use tonight.
In the morning of today, I was in the hospital with my mother . And the afternoon, I was in the cool conference room for the meeting of the volunteer group. when leaving the conference room, I felt the heat Tonight, I'm going to make Chample by "goya" which I got from a friend.
It continue really hot day with both daytime and night, doesn't it? It seems to have been 39.7 degrees in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture today. We often come to use the air conditioning compared to previous years in our home.
By the way, the day before yesterday, I went to the astronomical observatory located in forest of Furudo for constellation observation with younger grandson and wife. After having observed Mars, Jupiter, Saturn etc, by large telescope, we carried out constellation observation lying down on the terrace of the rooftop. Commentary members showed to many constellations of the night sky using the powerful leather beam pointer. This constellation observation was very fantastic and useful, and we seemed to forget that time passed. Because temperature of this place is slightly lower, we were able to spend a pleasant time. It is one method to spend hot night comfortably.
