It's very nostalgic to hear " Seiyoken ", Toyoken ", " Juraku " such as Japanese Western restaurants. They offer not the original from the Europeans but sophisticated into Japanese arrangement, especially Omelet and rice.
It's one of the symbol of Japanese Western food.

返信削除I think that "omuraisu" and "hanbaugu" and "korokke" etc, is Japan-specific Western dish.
I also like "kani-kurimu korokke" very much.
By the way, I have visited six countries so far, but I have not so much felt that the dishes is delicious at my destination except "Milanese cutlet" in Italy.
I am truly happy to be born in Japan regarding food.
It's natural that loving soul and regional food where we were born and brought up.
