Have you imagined about you'll live to be 100 years old?
It's about the book review of the
"Life Shift" which is translated into Japanese from the original " The 100 year life" in English.
I read the Japanese one at the book store and was very interested in it. I immediately ordered at Kindle to install in my device and now reading it.
Actually I don't want to live long until 100 years but what if the rest of life might be longer than expected I have to change my mind and shift my life....

I'm going to become 70 years old on July but I have already broken my health of body.
If I will live until 100 years old, I may lie on my bed all day long.
When I imagine it, I feel sad.
It's said life expectancy gets long faster than healthy life expectancy...it's worrisome. But you know we should be optimistic as possible because time in the life is gift as long as we live.

For that reason, "life shift" of the article of today is helpful.
It says that life expectancy is getting longer as the developing and maturing life stage. So do we have to stay to wait for the day of the end or having fun until that moment? Of course we'd better be enjoying life time to the end. I'll try to rethink about my life what if I might live long...I've never thought about it.

even so,I worryed my health.
It might not be a dream for you to live 88 and get older than your mother...until 100 year-old. We don't know what will happen tomorrow but live well and much happier day by day to make by ourselves.

I'm so sorry this year is much harder than usual one because of focus on listening and no time to spare but giving much enjoyable time to make conversation using easy words.
