Knowledge for health

It's an interesting topic for health.
Dr. Kobayashi at Juntendo University is saying that chocolate and curry are useful to prevent dementia.
I rarely have chocolate but curry once a week. So I'll take chocolate more often and also taste curry.
And the more useful knowledge on the radio program I'll bring you below!

    I love the chocolate and the curry. But I can not eat these because I'm on a diet.
    By the way, To make a e-mail is so difficult for me.
    I can not input English words well on my P.C because I remember these by my hand.
    Yesterday I made a mistake. I wrote "nxet". The correct answer was "next".
    I never knew English conversation was so difficult.

  2. I like chocolate and curry.
    When I have a break,I sometimes eat chocolte with coffee.
    There are mamy kind of chocolate.My favorite is chocolte which contains cacao about 85%.
    The blance of sweet and bitter taste is good.
    Cacao 95% is bitter.I didn't think it was chocolte when I ate.
    I like almond and cashew nut chocolate too.
    Chocolate heals me when I'm tired.

  4. I also like curry and chocolate, but does not necessarily eat often.
    Also, Dr.Kobayashi has recommended the three lines diary to prevent dementia
    Although I have decided to write a diary every day after beginning of retirement, but it was not able to continue long, my father continued to write a daily diary for 20 years from the 70-year-old of retirement and did not blurring until his death at 94 years old.
    But now, my prevention of dementia is to learn English in public lectures of TCFL, and also to read this blog every day and to post reply comment in English every day.
    I have continued to post a comment to this blog without taking a rest all day long except for when traveling abroad from two years ago that I became 70 years old.

    There seems preventing lifstyle-related is likely to also prevent dementia.
    Chocalate is moderately, please. curry is good!
    As says Dr.Kobayashi to write a diary of three lines before going to bed, let's improve the blood flow!
