Speed cooking

I like to cook fast but knowing slow cooking is much better healthier and delicious than the one of quick.
This is an interesting quick recipe I've never cooked. I'd like to try it next time when I want to eat pork ginger.

    1. Pork ginger is one of my favorite one. You can taste soft and sour flavor.

  3. I prefer beef rather than pork, but I eat pork Kakuni.
This article is introducing a recipe boiling pork in “ginger ale”, but it is very unique and surprising. For me, "Ginger ale" is only a recognition of the drink.
However, when eating Kakuni, I like Kakuni of rich in flavor cooked with soy sauce rather than plain taste.

By the way, it snowed today in the morning, but after that it is changing good weather with sunshine, doesn't it?
My elder grandson is rest baseball activity because there are final tests of junior hight school, but younger grandson is struggling at outdoor baseball practice because official game of baseball starts next week. I am looking forward to watch their baseball games.

    1. Of course Japanese familiar cooking Kakuni or Yakibuta are tasted with soy sauce and good flavor. I also like different kinds of flavor such as basil or sesame with ginger and garlic oil.
