How to make yourself positive

It's been psychological theme in your mind positive thinking and negative one. If you are confident in yourself you make yourself positive thinking. And if you lose mindfulness or full of complaints you would be negative thinking.
They're like superior and inferior complex living together in your mind. One is open the other is closed mind.

    I'm a friend with negative person, so I love to be alone.
    But I have taken care of my area person so far.
    So everyone think I like to take care of people.
    But I love to be alone.
    So I love negative person.
    Do you understand my mind?

    1. As long as you love yourself you can treat you comfortable whether it's positive or negative, you need to have self support.

  2. Teacher said Don't be shy,Be positive yesterday. Iremembered when I started learn English at this school 3years ago,In those day I had lived apart from English for long time,so it was hard for me evry thing.at fist,Icouldn't how to speech introduction by my self.
    then Teacher told us"Don't be afraid of speaking English" "Don't be afraid of making mistake" this word was never fogot

  3. I have the perception that dealing with other people is weak.
    Because I can't speak well.
    But I have a lot of friends. And they to speak to me.
    I like myself who has both negative and positive.

    By the way,
    I play tennis from April to October.
    My tennis class is held at night.
    This year's tennis lesson began last night.
    The moon of last night was very beautiful but it was cold and I hated moving.

    I'm looking forward to meet my classmate tomorrow.

  4. Also in my daily life, positive or negative mood visit alternatively in my mind.
    However, because I am basically optimistic, even if I become a negative mood I try to forget negative mood by cheating myself as much as possible.
    The opportunity to become such a mood is depending with my family and my hobby.
    The existence and exchange with family, especially grandchildren makes me positive.
    Having immersed in hobby of walking or video editing helps to forget disgusting things.
