Healthy but be careful!

There're new trends of healthy food recently. Especially oil are very diverse.
I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Recently I try to use flax oil and grape seed oil, too. They say it's better to use those which is hard to be oxidized. Among them nuts include good oil. So I'm eating many kinds of nuts.

  1. I like peanuts and sometimes eat too much.
    And my stomach gets sick.
    It "Too much is as bad as too little"
    I want a peanut with shell in Chiba prefecture, but it's expensive and can't afford it.

    1. Nuts and chocolate are too addictive once you start to eat. I like chocolate and nuts inside but try to eat once a week or less than it.

  2. Nuts are dangerous, I think.
    A walnut is kind to healthy, so I'd like to eat it.
    I think I will buy it a lot soon.
    Now I'm eating Rakyou of Tottori prefecture every day.
    It's good.

    1. Anything will be too bad if you eat too much. Healthy food is eaten in moderate.

  3. I also love peanuts.
    Though I understand overeating isn't good for health, not stop as I start eating.
    There are proverb in such a case, "More than enough is too much."

    By the way, yesterday there was baseball game of my older grandson's team and fought against the championship candidate team,but was defeated. Third grade members will be retired in this game.
    We are looking forward to the work of the first and second grade members including my grandson from now on.

    1. There're lots of baseball games canceled or postponed by the heavy rain all of Japan. It'll be fine tomorrow.
