What's wrong?

It was a bad comment that a company top person had at the press conference.
He might be very arrogant and exclusive. It made our heart hurt!

What's wrong?

  1. Toyama is a closed prefecture, I think.
So Toyama is the most safety area in Japan and has a wonderful human nature.
I came from Kyoto. But I love Toyama more than Kyoto now.
I like people of Toyama. My two daughters were born in Toyama.

    1. This company leaves Toyama, instead other company came back to in the Toyama prefecture recently...there seems different strategies among companies. But I think moving head office to Tokyo is backward to the age. I'm convinced the local power is inevitable for the future companies.

  2. I heard this remark by the news.
Why did he make such remarks?
Was there something wrong with "Fujikoshi"?
Whatever, I doubt his qualification as the company's chief executive.
I think that it's the climate of Japan that people can't express their opinions clearly.
I think that it's not limited to Toyama prefecture.
And it's the managerial staff's job to fully draw out the skills that employees have.
And he preside of the those managerial position.

His remark may be a word to me.
I think we should think more about his remarks.

    1. We're not welcome those policy which the president has in his company... but not his own company. He might misunderstand.

  3. I also think that the remarks of the company top of this time in the official place are very regrettable.
This remark means discrimination against Toyama prefecture people and it is also an insult to many employees of the Toyama prefecture people who are currently working at this company.
I also think that remark of this company top should be retracted immediately.
