I've ever baked pizza from bread flour at home. It was easier and better than I had expected. But I've never made good of bread at home. I was invited one day home baking class. It was a perfect job to make professional bread.

It's wonderful gift from the sky. Though it's the winter solstice today. Even day time is the shortest it doesn't seem shorter than earlier days. It'll be a little longer and longer the day time!
