No evidence but worth for or not?

There're some folk remedies in our life. For example when you have a cold and a sore throat it's good to drink "honey and radish juice". If you really feel cold you can drink hot egg sake before going to bed..etc.
This is a new type for stomatitis.
It's up to you whether it's worth trying or not.

No evidence but worth for or not

  1. "who that believeth shall be saved."

    I'm doing "あ, い, う、べ 体操" everyday.
It changes mouth breathing to nose breathing, and makes saliva come out a lot.
And this is effective in the prevention of the infectious disease.
In addition, it improves blood flow of the face, it also becomes the wrinkle measures.

Last year, Tsukioka Elementary School in Toyama City did it at all the schools.
Becouse of that, there were neither children nor teachers infected with influenza at this school.

    1. Do you intend to try to put the stomatitis with cocoa power?

  3. I don't think that cocoa powder has effect on stomatitis.
The effect of cocoa I know is about warming the body.
But, I want to say. " people who believe will be saved"

  4. I don't know well the theory that pain is relieved when coating cocoa powder to stomatitis because I have not tried it and there is no evidence to be sure objectively.
But it is very painful to have a stomatitis, so I would like to try it next time.

By the way, I had attended the funeral of a cousin from the afternoon today.
The meal after "Buddhist memorial service for seven days" was usually a "Shojin-ryori", but I was surprised that this time it was not "Shojin-ryori".
There was "Sashimi" and meat dishes.
Recently, there seems to be such a trend. I am very welcome because I am not good at "Shojin-ryori".

    1. It's such a sorrowful time to say good by to your cousin. In any case attending funeral ceremony is aching in the heart. But you'll see new lives after the death like Freddie's.
