It says 7 reasons you need to eat carbs. But I understand 6, can't find 7th from the article.
Anyway carbohydrate( Carbs ) are necessary to build and maintain body and health well.
1. They Help Your Brain Work Better
2. They Make You Happier
3. They Give You Energy
4. They Contain Good-for-You Vitamins
5. They Help Prevent Heart Disease
6. They Just Taste Good

  1. I knew to be a nutrient that carbohydrates is the energy of the body, but I learned for the first time by this article that it is the only energy source of the brain.
    In any case, my breakfast always eat bread and yogurt and fruit.
    In addition, I eat well noodles at lunch and at dinner rice and natto, so I think there are taking probably necessary amount of carbohydrates.

    By the way, I go to Chiba by Shinkansen in the schedule of 3 days and 2 nights from the afternoon of today. Therefore I am sorry but the tomorrow's blog reply becomes the absence.

    1. Thank you for your attention to my blog. I'm always appreciating for your great concern and sending me great photos. Flowers are very healing power to me...so I'm planning to make my garden fulfilled next year as possible. I hope flowers and green plants always with me through a year.

    I looed for other article about carbohydrates in the net today, too.
    Those article is matches a theory that how to eat food which ancestor said.
    By the way,
    During summer i've opened windows of veranda at night, and slept.
    But, Recently, because it is too cool at the morning, I'm wrapped up in a towelling blanket.
