Anger management

Have you heard of "Anger Management " ?
It's recent training to control brain.
It's very useful if you get used to it.

  1. Anger management is not difficult for me.
    After retirement, I am not almost irritated.
    my life is simple and my human relations is few.
    So I do not almost get angry.
    If I will get angry, it is a quarrel between husband and wife.

  2. I knew for the first time in this blog the word of "Anger management".
    Among feelings of "joy・anger・sadness・joy", I think that joy・sadness・fun is a passive emotion if anything, but anger is a active emotions.
    So, I think that we can control feeling of anger by ourself.
    I was often angry for frank disposition in youth, but can control angry feelings at aged now.

    1. You can say that. Anger is more often when I was young, too. But it made me very positive in one aspect but it mostly made me troubles. So you need to learn how to control anger as early as possible.
