I guess that those image was taken at Oharadai park and Unazuki dam. Bronze guanyin statue located in Oharadai park is "statue of peace", and it is likely something that is located in the highest altitude places in Japan according to the net.
You're right. I went to Unazuki dam and climbed to Zogarani area but it was impossible for me to go there. Instead I found a great statue of peace and took a bath of Tochino yu. It was very nice one day trip.

I made a mistake of Zogadake, where I gave up going there.
