Season dish

It's great gift to have the season dish, chestnuts, mushroom and so on.
We are happy to cook kurigohan and kinokogohan.
I like to arrange those ingredients to mix up such as takikonigohan.
I like to put red beans or black beans also.
I'm looking forward to eating many kinds of season food.

  1. In Japan, it is said "autumn is a perfect season for a good appetite".
    "Takikonigohan" is a favorite menu also at our house.
    We ate delicious chestnut rice other day since received a lot of chestnuts from the home of my wife.
    But unfortunately, I have shunned the mushroom dishes even if no matter how delicious because I am not good at mushrooms.

    1. Sorry for that you don't like mushrooms.
      I like mushroom soup called kinokojiru as well as kinokogohan so much!
