What's this?

I've got a round vegetable which was grown up in the field.
I had never seen it before and wanted to taste it, so I asked her to give it to me.
She is Maria on Monday.
I'd like to cook it.

    The contrast with yellow and green is beautiful.
    I think it's a "zucchini"."Zucchini"is a kind of pumpkins.I thought it was a kind of cucumbers becauce it looked liked a cucumber.
    I sometimes fry it with olive oil recently.It's good.
    I see a lot of strange vegetables in a supermarket.I try it as possible as I can.

      Yes, it's just what you guessed!
      Zukkini is said to be a kind of pumpkin but seems like cucumber but this shape is different from usual one I often saw. So I did cook it for breakfast. It was really good!

  3. This is "egg-shaped zucchini Goldie", isn't it?
    Initially,I thought it was "Makka" at the moment I saw,but it was found to be "egg-shaped zucchini Goldie" by the results of investigation on the net.

    By the way, though it has become a refreshing weather today, I will visit to the "Yumetuzuri" of Shogawa hot spring with my wife at "cousin meeting" in the afternoon today and enjoy a drink and good food and hot springs and fresh green of Shogawa gorges.

    1. Actually, it's a kind of pumpkin but zucchini.
      It used to be like a cucumber shown in the store.

  5. I think this vegetable is zucchini.
    Because this shape and color aren't zucchini that we know,although this pattern of skin and look of texture look like a zucchini.
    I read comments on this topic,I know my answer is true.

      Zucchini is not original from Japan but from Latin America, Mexico and it was brought to Europe. Now we get to have it from Europe.
      We are happy to have different food in the world.

  6. This is a kind of a pumpkin called "Korinnki".
    It's eaten the whole, as a salad and lightly-pickled vegetable.
    By the way, I went to the herb garden called Tom-sawyer.
    I picked lavender in the hot day. Then, I had fresh blueberry juice and a cake.
    The back being blown on the wind of a scent. It was relieved truly.
