It's coming Christmas season. Every bakery is very busy for this period. Home baking is also enjoyable. I'd like to taste home baking Noel. Let's enjoy cooking and having party!
Today I cooked "Kaburazusi" this is because a lot of products send it a child and a relative as the year-send present,evry year Though do not go as the prufessional makes it,evry body is pleased!
When children were young, made a christmas cake together. But it doen't make for long time. Because husband and I like Okaki than cake, I didn't bought cake. Even so, today is very cold! The dinner is " Nabe" !! By the way, I must prepare for wintering potted Hibiscus soon.
I understand that standard Japanese would like to eat fish than meat or rice cake than sweet cake even on Christmas because Japanes has its own traditional delicious food in season!
Roll cake Noel looks delicious. The poeple in the west cooked Chirstmas cakes at home ,didn't they? When my sons were small,I sometimes cooked the Chirstmas cake with them.They enjoyed it. It is the pleasant memory for me. Now I don't cook or buy a cake at Chirstmas.I think I did it because they were pleased at it. As they had a pleasant memory for cooking sweets,I think they like cooking now.
It will be the Christmas color in the city when it comes to December. Roll cake introduced in the blog seems very delicious isn' it? We have been eating by creating a bread and cookies at home bakery on a daily basis in our house.
By the way, I'm sorry, but I could not reply blog comments so I was very busy from morning yesterday to dawn today. I was immerse myself in video creation and editing for baseball last session of grandchildren and the 20th anniversary events of walking club. Those were completed at 3:00 am.
Oh...you did a hard work ! Please take care of yoursef not to catch flu. It must be that all your family and companies around you are so proud of your devoted love.
