It's a new word of "Bakugai" means monster shoppers for Chinese tourists visiting Japan.
They purchased huge amount of things in Japanese shopping stores. They are supposed to be welcomed to use money in stagnated Japanese economy but they make a lot of troubles as well...as you know.
Next worry is "the monster watcher" for watching cherry blossoms.
They are coming to rush to the best season in Japan.

English information announces in Toyama Titetu train from March.
I was supreised that English announcement was used in such a local train.
