I have nothing special today.
But I noticed I have no nasal problems such as sneeze, runny nose and uncomfortable nasal confection.
I'm very happy to walk my dog easier this morning compared with yesterday, it was too bad for my nose.
I wonder what is happening and searched on the net about the pollution.

Various nasal symptoms, such as nasal congestion and runny nose and sneezing is really painful and uncomfortable.
返信削除I can understand this discomfort because I had suffered from severe nasal congestion until nose surgery three years ago.
However, I had cured nasal congestion, but now I have received the medication from hospital a once in three months because odor ability did not recover.
In my case, cold weather hurts my nose and make problems though....so warm weather cures naturally I hope!
削除When remembered, my eyes were very itchy last week. The eye losion was put to 4~ 5 times a day. Was it PM2.5? Today was a really fresh weather.

Although seeds have been just planted two days ago.
It's season for plants to grow up so do we.
