The feast in spring

It was fantastic lunch in spring.
We ate out at the place with Japanese traditional garden and hospitality.
The restaurant is a Japanese old house and now is renovated to the guest house for lunch and dinner service.
You can also enjoy without meal just tea or sweet.
If you are interested in having precious time with someone or by yourself, worth trying to go there.
But you need to take a reservation with meals but not for tea or sweet.
It's a kind of secret place,still new, but getting popular by the reputation in Toyama city.
You might have already known it.

  1. This restaurant is "Nagae Saryo", isn't it?
    I also knew name of this because it has been introduced with magazine of northern Japan newspaper "Manmaru".
    Indeed, it is a very quaint restaurant, so I think also it will be popular at near future.

    By the way, temperatures are rising increasingly since morning today.
    In the today's walking I was able to see flowers of " Kobushi" that was introduced at blog of yesterday here and there.
    They were very splendid with the full bloom of a lot of big flower and pure white by today's warm weather.

    1. Yes, you are right.
      It's located at Nagae in the eastern part of Toyama city.
      It's blooming colorful here and there now!

  2. Was it good? I think it might be delicious.
    I have been ckecked that restauran before and would like to go there once.
    The dish was used for seasonal fishes and vegetables and edible wild plants.
    I like Japanese traditional food because I feel seasons from eating seasonal foods.
    I'd like to eat tempura of edible wild plants especially.

    1. This lunch is as twice price as usual average lunch.
      You should try it.
