Too happy to be 3Y?

It's reported that Taichi Sakaiya who is a famous writer and worked a cabinet officer before, talked about Japanese society.
Young people tend to be effected by the phenomenon, he calls it " 3Y such as Yoku nashi, Yume nashi and Yaruki nashi".
He brought to this mention from the letters for the application.
They are from the young people to the old who wrote their wishes.
Then from the content Mr.Sakaiya found there were no more eager wishes nor dreams for the future but the caress and love for family or friends. It makes him to worry about the future in Japan.
The worse issue is there supposed to be unmarried 40s males comes to 20% in 2015.
It because of the social problems he says.
Japanese society is developed and growing to be matured, so people are not hungry any more than old days. Does it matter worse to Japan?
I think We need to focus on education for young children who need to be inspired by humanitarian dignity not only for technology nor business.
We Japanese got rich from the ancients' high qualified virtue for life such as politeness, pride, self effort and so on. We should never forget " We should not build happiness on others' unhappiness."

  1. I can't agreement of this opinion.
But I can't write an opinion in English by my ability.
I think that the familiar wish moves society.

    By the way,
It seems to become warm today.
There is a lot of wanting to do it.
Because a cherry blossom becomes a hot topic, I intend to look at the sign of the cherry tree in a place to go to.

    1. It seems warm today. But last night it got really cold, didn't it?
I found myself sneeze and runny nose because of rapid cold from last night to this early morning. I woke up and took a medicine to stop sneeze in the early morning.
It's very tough to be in the extreme difference of temperature in a day.

  2. "We should not build happiness on others' unhappiness."
    I think so, too.
This is a problem of the Japanese Government.
Young people need to have steady money.
If they can have steady money, they can solve almost their worry.
Everyone understands it. But everyone cannot solve it.
If others can help others, this problem can solve.
I heard Government in the Middle East have special tax.
It is a rich tax. This is a system that rich people help poor people.
The people of the Middle East maybe have excellent spirit more than Japanese people.

    1. I hope young people can have their dream and make effort to make their dream come true for now and future, too.
We want our government to the safeguard and we should not depend on government too much.
We should fight against our weakness to disappoint easily.....it's my dream ideal which is not easy!

  3. I liked fluent narrative style of Taichi Sakaiya from the a long time ago and his idea is very persuasive.
I also think that the pointing out of Taichi Sakaiya of the article attached to this blog represent very vividly to the current situation and problems in Japan.

By the way, there was their determination expression at the graduation ceremony of my grandson of the other day.
Among them, there was an expression of want to become such as to professional baseball players and doctors and school teachers and writers.
The determination expression of my grandson was to participate with starting member and to win the championship in Koshien of National High School Baseball Championship.

    1. I understand what you had in your stage with such social activists and writers, Saburo Shiroyama as well as Taichi Sakaiya...isn't it right?
It was Japanese dream developing era of Showa, wasn't it?
After the dream age people have experienced " after the festival" something like that. I dream of young generation will creat a cool and sustainable prosperity in the world.
