Back pain Bauer

When it comes to be cold stiff shoulder or back pain are here and there. I also often have stiff shoulder and back pain so I need stretch and physical exercise when muscles are stiff.
Here is an useful information below when you have a pain.

  1. I have a little "Kyosakusho", so I cannot do this exercise.
    I think the basics of health are to move.
    If we can move, we can ease the pain.
    I had a hard pain once.
    So I was walking if possible.
    Then my pain eased.
    It is wonder. In my common sense, correct answer is not to move.
    It was a mistake.

    1. We have somehow pain as getting old because the muscles and bones are wrecking as the age goes on. We need to revive by softening and stretching the old cells....but it's natural to get old.

  2. "これだけ体操" is good, isn't it?
    The shoulder I hurt at the end of last year still have pain.
    probably because digging my car out of the snow, and I will remove the snow from in front of my mother's house.

    By the way,
    Today Northern Alps is very beautiful.
    The road of rice field I use when I go to Toyama is extending east-west.
    The road is in a wide rice field so it has a good view.
    And, The mountains of the Northern Alps are rising in front of my eyes.
    because I feel so comfortable I sing a song while driving a car.

    1. It's a breathtaking great view of the Mt. Tate and Northern Alps today after 11days. The last view of them was Jan.7th. I remember it well. It's really comfortable in a car as well as walking outside.

  3. Recently, I also feel low back pain sometimes when continuing to sit down front of PC for long time.
    I think that it may be caused by being in the same posture, so it is good because the gymnastics introduced this time are very easy and efective. I am going to try it in such a time.
    By the way, I am doing 100 times exercise of raising both foot on the bed every morning when wake up in order to train the abdominal muscles.
    Abdominal exercise that raises the upper body is very tight, but such abdominal muscle movement can be easily done.
