Gentle food

It's over the New Year's holiday.

    To take the mountain's picture is very difficult.
    The camera can't win human eyes.
    Gentle food is good. But I and my wife usually don't eat Tofu.
    There is a Tofu in our fridge, but we don't eat Tofu almost.
    We don't have interesting to Tofu.
    But we know that Tofu is an important food.
    She makes a miso soup of the Tofu sometimes.
    What should I do?

    1. I bought something new vegetable at the market. Do you know "Kikuimo"? I ate it soaked into sweet sour like nagaimo taste. It's very easy and healthy.

    Although I am not related because everyday is holiday for me, when the New Year holidays and this 3 consecutive holidays are over, New Year's mood will be over, isn't it?
    And school will also start a new semester.

    I am sorry but in our home, nobody is obese so we do not need the dishes introduced today. All of my family likes noodles, so we would like to eat regular noodles.
    Especially the grandchildren don't increase their weight so much, so we are rather struggling to make them eat a lot to increase weight.

    1. Of course you need more high calories for every day food for young people in your family but tofu is not only low calorie but also good quality of protein and lecithin. Of course beans or miso have itself in the daily food.

    2. Tofu is favorite food even at our home. We can often eat cold tofu in the summer and Yu-tofu in the winter and also it is good as ingredients for miso soup and soup throughout the year.

    1. I almost finished New Year's dishes for two days but I had extra black beans so I cooked it again and eat it every day. I used cooked black beans into pancake baking or with rice cake sandwich wrapping nori, Abekawa sand.

    2. Yeah...it's our soul food, Japanese cheese callled Tofu. I also recommend "koridofu" which is dried Tofu.
