Europe food trend " Koji" 2017

It's very interesting topic that Japanese Koji, which is our soul food is now shipping into Europe and used into sauce culture in Europe. It's good to see that we can eat "Koji" in Western food, too.

  1. Koji is using very different foods, isn't it?
    Koji is a Japanese traditional thing.
    We Japanese have to keep a tradition.
    So we need to use a lot of Koji product on daily life.
    I always drink a lot of Japanese Sake.
    I am scolded my daughter. "You drink too a lot a day."
    I'm afraid of my daughter.

  2. It is very pleasing for Japan's traditional "Koji" technology to be the European trend this year.
    I hope that Japanese traditional miso and soy sauce made from koji are preferred from peoples of around world.
    In addition, we should be also very proud Japanese food is spreading to be healthy meal in all over the world.
    When visiting foreign countries, I am always realizing the greatness of Japanese food culture again.

  3. In other countries, it seems that the excellent natural foods in Japan are booming.
    A few years ago, there was a "koji" boom also in japan, isn't it?
    My friends also had been use "siokoji".
