Salt lemon

Have you tried "salt lemon"?
It seems popular recently...I've seen it on TV information program before. But I've never tried.
If you have ever tasted it, please give me feedback.
It's said very effective for health and beauty care.
It's from Morocco, Moroccan's must seasoning.
It's a kind of pickles like umeboshi in Japan, isn't it?
Japanese can't live without umeboshi in anyway.

  1. I know the salt with dry lemon.
I don't know "salt lemon".It's first time to hear that name.
When I checked with Internet,it was sold.
    I'll try.

Last Wednesday I went the Italian cooking class.
The instructor was famous chef in Kyoto.
He used a olive oil with every dish.
I thought the olive oil was important in Italian cooking.
The olive oil which he used was about 3500 yen per a bottle(500 ml)
If I cooked a good Italian dish,I'll buy a high quality oil even though it was expensive.

He is amazing fine and lively as his age. His must thing a day is a spoon of olive oil in a glass of juice.

  4. Good evening teacher.
I am sorry that I am absent today. My son fell down by dizziness and nausea and received an examination for CT of the brain in a hurry at a hospital. A soccer ball hits face during club activities, and this is because it may affect it yesterday. Fortunately, there was not the abnormality.
It was caused by excessive stress and lack of sleep.
I will look forward to that I can meet next week.
