Our town Toyama is now commendable as a smart city among the local town.
Not so large a compact city, citizens are comfortable to go everywhere. For example, I can go to the station within 10 minutes by a car or by a street car. 20 minutes' drive takes me to the nearest beach and 40 minutes' drive to the mountains.
It's really good location and size.
So it's introduced in the "President".
I feel very proud if it.

People in Toyama city is good. I need about 15 minutes by car to by one eraser...LOL
But, the sea is close and mountain is close Toyama is a very good place!!

I think Toyama Prefecture is place to be proud of in the world because there is a rich with nature such as the sea or mountains, also a little with natural disasters.
By the way, I can go to the super market within 5 minutes, Toyama station within 10 minutes and Prefectural Central Hospital within 15 minutes by foot.
In addition, now I am 72 years old, but the number of steps per day on average is about 15,000 steps.
I think you are a special super average Toyaman and a very important person in our town!

By the way, I think Toyama prefecture is very small.
When I lived in Fukusima, I go to the next prefecture ( ex. Niigata,Miyagi,Tochigi...),
I have to drive from 30 minutes up by high way.
