The local special food

I tasted kinira which is special in Okayama. It's a kind of nira leek not green one but yellow.
I enjoyed it tempura roll.
It was very wonderful and new.
I knew another local popular food mamakari fish because it was given at school lunch.
But I was surprised to hear that a clerk girl at the restaurant told me that she never eat mamakari and no habit to eat at home even she lives in Okayama.
It's so odd to have known it!

  1. Washing machine of my home I use about 10 years.
    Recently, It stop in the middle of dehydration. Today, came for the check from Hitati.
    As a result, Drain hose had been squashed by washing machine.
    So, Immediately huaband made a stand to put an washing machine. Because, D.I.Y is husband's forte.

  2. I knew "kinira" and "mamakari fish" for the first time in this blog.
    When looking at the net, "kinira" was found to be a special product of Okayama Prefecture, but I have never eaten.
    And "mamakari" is another name of "sappa".
    It is called "mamakari" because "it was very delicious so as mama(rice) go for a cali(debt)".

    By the way, do you understand the comment sentence of me?

      Mamakari is a kind of nickname of the fish, isn't it?
