Rice cake and chocolate

It's an easy and creative recipe to cook. The race cake which is leftover in the fridge and cocoa powder are good collaboration.
I had them and added walnuts and some sugar, salt and butter.
Finally I made chocolate race cake quickly.
You can try it in 10 minutes.

  2. Combination of rice cake and chocolate is a very unique, isn't it?
    Those attached to the blog seemed like a rice cake with a red bean paste at a glance.
    However, I like ordinary rice cake, for example the Zoni or rice cake dusted soybean flour and red bean paste.
    In my home, the whole family likes rice cake and my wife make frequently it by the rice cake maker. So, we can eat rice cake at any time.

    1. Both Odekyu and you are great race cake lovers and can eat fresh race cake usually.
      But this is the old leftover rice cake, kagamimochi such as hard and bad condition one. I could save the old and hard rice cake to remake soft sweet!

  3. I dry Kagami-mochi and crush it finely.
    And I mix it with "Irigashi" when the festival.
    I like "Irigashi" which I mixed a rice cake with.
    Do you know the "Irigashi"?

    By the way,
    I walked to the supermarket today.
    I can go there in 20 minutes one way .
    There was a tree of ume on the way, and already flower were in bloom.
    Many kind of birds also flying, it was felt good.

    1. I know irigashi called pon gashi.
      It seems like pop rice similar to pop corn.
      It's so excited to see flowers blooming.
