Sitting and rising check

It's easy but tough to check your physical power by yourself.
If you are over 51 years old, try to worth doing it.
It says the score is perfect you will live longer than other score below.
I'm not perfect when rising.
It means my muscle of legs and thighs is poor. It shows the length of the longevity shorter! Can you believe it?

    I wasn't perfect when rising too.
    It is said that the aging emerges on a foot.It's important for me to be in good health.
    It's fine today. I'll walk about a hour for a my foot!I always walk about 30 minutes.It's two times as long as I do.

    By the way,
    I tried right away.
    When I stand up, I don't have to use hands, but loss the balance.
    Recently, TV program about muscle strength is on my mind, and test my physical strength.
    I resist my age!...LOL

  3. "The sitting and rising test" attached to the blog is very interesting, isn't it?
    I also tried it, but although "sitting" is easy, rising is hard.
    Although I can do somehow, my upper body have wobble significantly at the time of "rising". I think maybe it become demerit mark subject.
    I think although this test is one of an indicator to determine the physical health, it is not all in order to live more longer.
    Because "rising" of this test is very difficult to do itself especially for general elderly.
