Diet in the brain

The brain scientist Dr. Mogi writes about "diet" who were 60 Kg when he was a university student but now over 80Kg after 30 years.
He is telling that you have to pay ¥100,000 per 1Kg to reduce weight if you ask the program these days.
It's more expensive to buy meat....kind of ridiculous.
Anyway try to read his essay.

  1. My weight was keeping 61kg~63kg since 20s, but have been increasing at 66-67 km level in spite of walking over 10km daily after retirement.
    I think causes of increasing my weight is regular life or meal after retirement.
    However, I think most big cause may be to take a lot of snack of me every day.
    Therefore, I think it is possible to maintain a proper body weight only by restricting the snacking without taking 100,000yen per 1kg.

    1. I think you are really in good shape because if taking walk regularly in spite of eating snacks... You can take it easy with your body fitness, I'm sure you are controlled well.

  2. I got fat about 2kg after I left the job.
    The aspiration of this year is to lose 3kg of my weigh.
    My weigh is as same as the start of this new year.
    I throw a leftover away regrettably and don't eat it as possible I can.
    For diet,I need times and a lot of work and I will get a lot of stress.
    Diet is hard for me.

    1. You don't make it too difficult just take it easy as possible like not to eat anything after 21:00 first.
