The end of the year term

Today is the last day of the Japanese year term end, March 31.
New term of this year 2014 will start tomorrow April 1.
I went to the city office to hand in my paper.
It was incredible crowded and so many queues.
I had to wait for a long time with patience.
After the errand I found some herons nesting the regular top of the tree.
It tells that the season for their laying eggs soon.

  1. Today was year end of fiscal, and consumption tax will be up 8% from tomorrow.
I went to the gas station and barber shop today, but both were state of crowded in spite of the weekday.
Today, anywhere seems to have been same state just like this.

By the way, I walked along the Matsukawa at today's walking and found the building nest of heron with about 10 birds and several flowering of cherry. Spring is coming there soon.

I wondered why the shop used to open until 10:00 pm. So to speak they were busy preparing for tomorrow, tax raise to 8%!
